Baria Balbala's quest item is missing

Hi!
In the second act, there was a problem with Balbala.
I've thrown away Barium Balbala's quest item and I can't get the climbing assignment. ( Act 2 )
I wrote to the support service, and they answered me.

I understand that I am to blame for what happened, but the response from the support service that I need to look for an answer on the forum sounds ridiculous. I wrote to the support service after reading all the forum posts about this issue, which has been occurring for various reasons for a long time. I really hope that the developers will do something to solve this problem.
