Sancuary Boss Not Damageable

I left the map and re-rentered and the Sanctuary boss was no longer damageable. It was not just immune to damage, the health bar above her never appeared. This whole time she was attacking on her normal rotation. Before exiting the map the first time, I damaged her partially but did not phase her.
