Rapid shot

I posted this in general discussion but I need to no if this is a fault with the game instalation as cirtain skills just dont seem to work for me in the way they are intended, Plasma blast skill doesnt work for me and that one also is slow moving or walking while shooting.
I have a question concerning Rapid shot, I watched all the builds on youtube for rapid shot and they all move slowly while fireing, I no they use the mobility gem and the running assault ascendancy on pathfinder which is what I have done but I cannot get my character to move and shoot at the same time. Can someone tell me where I went wrong and how to fix it. I also checked to see if the tick was in the box for allways shoot standing still and it was not.

Never mind I finally decided to check to see if it worked on wasd as I only use mouse and keyboard and it worked perfect on wasd so now I have to figure out which keys to change to make it work in keyboard settings.
