Ascendancy point not acquired but trial was complete

Hi Guys
I find ultimatum level 76 granting me 2 new ascendancy points after I finished 10 trials in chaos temple. I did it and tried to claim my last 2 points but nothing happened. I tried to relog to the main screen, reset the game and nothing helped. Even reset ascendant points cost me over 100k and this didn't work either.
I attached a screenshot (in my email to Tai) as proof where I am standing in front of an altar with information to interact with it to get passive points.
Can You please add it manually? Tbh farming another ultimatum and then doing it again is just mehh.

If this is for your 7th and 8th points you need to defeat the Trialmaster after the 10 trials.

I defeat him and claimed rewards from chest. When i came to altar of ascendancy there was information under ''interact to gain acsendancy passive skill points''. Problem is when i click on it extra 2 points wasnt add to my character.

You cleared the 10th room of the Trial, but you didn't face the Trialmaster.

To get points 7+8 from a Trial of Chaos, you have to go through the door to the right of the stash--which can be seen in your screenshot, unopened.


Interacting with an Altar of Ascendancy that would grant as many Ascendancy points as you currently possess is required to change your Ascendancy. That is why you can interact with the Altar in the screenshot.

Admittedly, the Altar tooltip should better reflect why it's interactable, and perhaps point you to the goal for the next set of points.
