Locked out of my character/can't load

I just finished my 4th Acendancy (finally) and opened a portal to the ziggurat, spent my points, then not thinking went back into the portal and got a perpetual loading screen. I quite, but now every time I try to reload, I get the same permanent loading. It has my location as the trials of chaos, but I'm getting no joy actually playing again!

Pretty sure this was my own fault, but if anything can be done so I can get access again that would be awesome. I'm playing on XBox, gamertag JinxedDaemon, character name Koredai (level 91 Invoker, Dawn of the Hunt league).

Just to clarify - I've seen that this is a k own bug but don't have PC access so can't sort it that way.

I've managed to work around after reading some other posts. For anyone else who finds themselves in this position, make a second character and login as both with 2 controllers - this forces a reload to the ziggurat cos the new one can't access Trials of Chaos.

Someone should probably look at this, mind, I thought I'd bricked my character!
