My account name was auto changed to this

Already posted a thread a couple months ago. I was told to email support, which I did, then got a reply asking what account name I wanted, after responding I never got a response back, this was a couple months ago.
My account and player names in this account were changed to a bunch of random letters one day. My account was CovidPatientZero. I don't understand why I even received an initial reply in my email just to ignore me after that. Not sure how this happened to my account but it would only take a minute to change it back Last bumped on May 28, 2025, 10:59:17 AM

These auto responses only piss people off more. Someone did get back to me and never responded back since after I was asked which account name I wanted.
