Death in Ritual Removed Items from Map

Had a map that still had the map boss, a ritual, expedition, and a breach left. I was doing the last ritual of 4 and died, when I resurrected at checkpoint (the boss checkpoint) the map was reset (ie, undiscovered) and all content was gone except the boss. There were also no items left on the ground anywhere.

Also, you need a bug report in game

I'm sure you could collect more data with the bug report and people wouldn't have to log into the damn forum to try and report things. It's a nuisance and you're probably missing out on tons of reports because people cant be bothered to log in to the forum and do this

EDIT: and i dont mean the /bug thing. I mean an actual screen where you can type what happened. The reference and all that shit should be auto collected upon submitting
