Awaiting Cosmetic Transfer Post Account Merge Since December 2024

Hello GGG Support and fellow Exiles,

In December 2024, I utilized the account merging feature to combine my PC and console accounts. Following the provided instructions, I reached out to support on December 12th to request the transfer of my microtransactions (MTX) to the merged account. However, as of today, May 27th, 2025, I have not received any response or confirmation regarding this request.

Here is the content of the email I sent:

Hi, I want to merge my accounts - mpyu1992#6377 & Pavel6443#8751.
I would like to transfer all transactions to mpyu1992#6377.


I understand that the support team has been handling a high volume of requests, especially with the upcoming release of Path of Exile 2. Nonetheless, a delay of over five months without any communication is concerning.

I would greatly appreciate any updates or assistance regarding the status of my MTX transfer. If additional information is required from my end to facilitate this process, please let me know.

Hello again,

I completely understand that the support team is dealing with a high volume of requests, especially with the upcoming launch of Path of Exile 2. However, let’s be honest here: it has now been over 8 months since I submitted my initial request in December 2024, and I still haven’t received any response — not even an acknowledgment, status update, or a request for more information.

I followed up here on May 27th, hoping for some movement, and it’s now almost two more months later — still no reply, apart from the generic “thank you for your patience” message.

With all due respect, this no longer feels like a backlog — it feels like I’m being completely ignored. Eight months is a very long time. It’s more than enough time to process tickets — even multiple times over — or to reach out if something’s missing.

Please, I kindly ask someone from the GGG team to actually take a look at my MTX transfer request between accounts. If any further info is needed from my side, I’ll gladly provide it — just let me know. But I’d really appreciate some human response after waiting this long.

Thank you for your attention — I sincerely hope this finally reaches someone who can assist.
