"Ailments Reflect" with Overcharge Support Gem

Hello.

I'd like to report an interaction related to Overcharge Support Gem that i'm not sure is intended or not.

The problem is as follow:
- When i put Overcharge+Commiserate on a skill that can Shock with hits, these 2 gems work as intended: Causing the Shock applied to enemy to gain 50% more magnitude, and removing said Shock instance (that was applied by the Overcharge Support gem) from the player.
- However, when i put Lightning Exposure+Strip Away support gem in the same skill, the Exposure is also reflected back to me (with 20% increased effect as well).
- When i hover over the Lightning Exposure status icon, it is listed as a "Debuff" - not an "Ailment". Therefore i suspected the relected Exposure was not an intended mechanic.
