Can not whisper for trade

Hi,
I cannot whisper anyone through the direct trade whisper feature on the trade site. This makes trading essentially impossible for me on console.

I always get a red box stating that I must be in the same league (which I am, and online).

There seems to be some bug with the account management.

This was happening to me and then I realized I was on HC Dawn of the hunt and not the regular DOTH league. Make sure it doesn’t say standard or HC (hard core) or make sure it doesn’t say standard if you’re playing hard core.
