Frost Wall making Loot disappear

I just started using Frost wall with spell echo, glaciation, and deep freeze on it. If it kills mobs, or they die near it, before it disappears, any loot they drop disappears with it before I can pick it up. It’s happened 4 times in a 15 minute span of time. At first I thought I was picking up the items, but they weren’t in my inventory. One was a Vaal orb, two were rare items, and the last one was a unique. I finally had to say something, it happened so many times. Also, my minions, waste time targeting the wall instead of mobs that are surrounding them. Not sure if that was intended or if they should ignore it like firewall. The loot disappearing is very frustrating, especially when they are high value items that I’ve been struggling to get as it is. I’m playing on Xbox.
