Campaign completion bug?

have completed the campaign on several character this league so far. However, on my most recent character Lvl62 blood mage, mikecoxmaul_BM, the campaign seems to have bugged once I teleported to the end game city and finished the campaign.

If its something Ive missed during the campaign Ill happily go finish it but after checking each act it doesnt seem like I have.

Is thisa bug that can be fixed or is this character ruined?

I assume you're talking about trying to open a map from your hideout, and being told that you need to finish the campaign first.

The last "step" of the campaign, which every character has to do, is opening a map from the Ziggurat Refuge is Act 3 Cruel. Until a character has opened a map there, that character cannot open maps from the hideout.
