[Infernalist] Does demon form still ‘unequip’ arms in 0.2.0?

I have read about this problem in 0.1.0 and some people were speculating that this might be a bug. Does demon form still disable weapons and therefore all stats on your arms in 0.2.0? That would mean that it would take about 20-25 second to break-even from the missing stats on your arms. Demon form sounded too strong to me until I heard that because of shapeshifting you do not get any bonusses from your weapons anymore, meaning eventually youll still be able to deal the most damage out of any class because of infinite scaling, but it would take almost 30 seconds to break-even to compensate for the loss of stats from your arms.
