Can the skill previews be default paused/muted

The video previews for skills when cutting gems are REALLY loud, and the slider that affects them is the dialogue slider rather than the cinematics volume slider in options.
I always rush to mute them whenever cutting gems because of the volume, but if i turn down that slider other dialogue in the game is way too quiet.

I'd love to either move the volume of them to the cinematics slider, or have an option to default pause/mute the videos to avoid the annoyance entirely
