Blasphemy Bug

I encountered some bugs with Blasphemy today. I have enough reservation (64) to activate a curse in Blasphemy. I can activate the skill in weapon set 2 just fine, but I can't activate it on weapon set 1. The levels of Blasphemy and the socketed curse skill are the same, so I don't know what else could be the issue. Anyone can help me here? I tried emailing the support, but they just ignored the issue and told me to post it on the forum.
