Accuracy

I've seen a few posts on here but none that help me. i cant seem to find the accuracy rating to find out how much attack speed falcon dive would give me. ive checked the skills tab and every thing i have seen has an extra section for damage, critical hits and accuracy. i don't have these on any of my skills on my lich, however i do on my monk. even after using the same skills from my monk on my lich i cant see my lichs accuracy rating at all.

Modified stats you'd probably find in the section at the top of the skill's info that's all shown in blue text.
