Delivery
How long should I wait for the delivery of the items? I contacted your support back on July 22 to arrange the delivery — the points were deducted, but since then, there has been no further information about the items. I have also contacted support, but there has been no response since March 13 (I haven’t sent any follow-up messages since then).
