Replenishing Shrine + Eternal Youth (/node) not working

When you take the shrine and you have eternal youth node activated, you dont regenerate energy shield at all.

Replenishing only grants Life and Mana regeneration, right? I don't see why it would regenerate Energy Shield.
Unless you're talking about it not working with Zealot's Oath, rather than Eternal Youth. |

That was my point, I was using Eternal Youth.
