Spirit issue and gem spirit Bug

My spirit count down 100 to 60 when i use wand + focus, i done everthing , someone help me

I too have nothing reserved and it says I have 70/100 spirit available... Changing characters, closing/opening client, adding and removing spirit reservations has not helped.
