Major Bug -- My character is basically unplayable

Did a Blooming Field map where the map boss is the crowbell guy. I must have hit him too hard because he bugged out in the 2nd phase. Exited to character screen and picked a different character of mine. Did a different waystone on that map point and cleared the map.

Problem is, if I load my first guy back, I am still stuck in the crowbell fight despite that node being cleared. I have no way to get my guy out of that map now since portals are disabled and the bugged boss is invincible.
