Demon form not on the list of things to be fixed.

Its fascinating to me that there is a thread for tracked bugs that need to be worked on. Demon form exists and should work flawlessly with any spell and yet, I cannot cast spells like bonestorm with it. Its not the Physical tag because DF works with bone cage. It isn't AOE because of same issue. In fact any tag that bone cage and unearth share with bonestorm work.
It isn't channeling because you can use incinerate. It isn't sustained because again you can use incinerate. It doesn't work with no gems socketted. It doesn't work as advertised. It simply doesn't work. Is there any form of witch that works?
I have played bloodmage and that is like the most masochist thing you can play since, in effect, you have to sacrifice 50% of your life to get a shot off. You could play the necromancer or whatever it is. But that kind just sucks in general since it doesn't actually do anything beneficial besides make you somewhat more tanky.
Reading up on the downsides to demonform it honestly doesn't seem to work at all.
So given that information, why is it still not on the list of things to be investigated and fixed? It clearly is broken. Its been reported about 1000 times that it is broken. It has been shown to be broken and I can even get you video proof of it being broken.
It used to crash my game just to use the form. I guess its an improvement because now I at a least can use the form... to slowly watch my HP deplete because it simply fails as i use any skill, that is unless I want to use it with unearth.. Which does no damage and doesn't really do anything at all. So why again isn't it on the list?

Does your weapon or shield grant Intelligence? If so, do you require that Intelligence to cast the level of Bonestorm you have?
