Support page outdate

So i had the bright idea to inspect the support page of ggg and there is a misinformation regarding the command /verify helping you speed up the process with the ticket, but the unfortunate event to observe that the command does absolute nothing. So further observing the forum from section "Help and Information" it seem to me that the senior support team has a break from all the emails and tickets that are sent to them, if i'm wrong and someone had been helped by them with a major issue let me know if i should wait further for my response from them, or i should just give up and start a fresh account or move to a different ARPG. Thanks.

P.S. Let's not forget about the copy paste responses of GGG accounts that probably are just junior support or probably automated responses that tell us to email the support address or to wait further for a response from them.

The /verify command currently only works for Path of Exile 2. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Update: the /verify command should now work in Path of Exile 1!
