How to Open Locked Account

Hello,

Today my friends account locked, his acccount name is Fenkai#2107. Some of his characters setoLich(93lvl), setoRanger(14lvl), setoHuntress(88lvl). He was trying to rush to end-game. In global chat he was looking someone to rush him to the end game and in global chat he wrote down that he is looking for someone to boost him for money. But he was meant divine not the money. He is aware of the code of conduct. There are 2 different issues can be cause of this locking. First one he wrote on global chat instead of trade chat, which cause chat distruption for others. Second reason, he wrote money which can be understandede as try to buy something with real world currency. He sent several tickets to support e-mail address but on the forum I read that it takes long time to someone looking to your ticket. I kindly request that you to open his account.

I have seen like half a dozen people recently writing the same thing in global chat, that they are offering money for in-game services. I thought they must be bot accounts as there were so many of them recently requesting similar services in exchange for money...
