Area Reset Bug

Hi GGG Team,

I'd like to report a issues I've been experiencing in Path of Exile 2 that I believe require attention:

Area Reset Bug (Black Screen & Progress Loss):
Occasionally, the game freezes without any warning. After 5–10 seconds, the screen goes black and a loading spinner appears. When the game resumes, previously explored parts of the map are reset as if I had just entered the area. This forces me to start the entire zone over again, which is extremely frustrating. This issue needs urgent attention.
