[CRITICAL] Persistent Map Device Bug: Portal Connection Failures + Citadel Progression Loss

​​Detailed Description​​
When using a waystone to open a map via the Map Device, there is a chance that clicking the portal will:

​​Immediately disconnect the player​​ without loading the map.
​​Permanently corrupt the portal​​ – Re-logging and re-clicking the same portal repeats the disconnect.
​​Force Realmstone reuse​​ – The only workaround is consuming another Realmstone to open a new map, which:
​​Erases original map modifiers​​ (e.g., Ritual, Breach, etc.)
​​Fails Citadel encounters​​ – If this occurs in the Citadel, reopening the map marks it as ​​red (failed)​​, denying rewards.
​​Secondary Trigger:​​
The same disconnect bug occurs when:

Respawning after death in a map
Attempting to re-enter the portal post-resurrection
