Spectres are still bugged with their catch up mechanic/*wisp* form?

They have been bugged since day one, and theres still issues with the spectres getting stuck in their "wisp" or catch up mechanic, it makes them feel so aweful to play, and its not even a balance issue, its just straight up a bug where they dont attack and get stuck, it really makes you not want to play spectres. I really wish they would get fixed soon, since its been 2 months soon, and i havent even seen it acknowledged.
