Rollback after disconnect?

Was doing an Untainted Paradise map when the game froze, so I paused it while waiting to get booted. After a couple minutes I log back in, lost 3 levels and the map counted as failed.

I should add, every time this happens (it's happened several times in the past few days) has been on my Lich Witch and I'm using Dark Effigy (two), ED, & Contagion, so I'm assuming it's related to one or more of those skills. The levels rollback only happened in the UP map, not the rest.
