Fairly repeatable crash with Shield Wall + Quill Burst and Seismic Cry - Bug Report ID: #4181118024

I was messing around on my thorns build and was trying Shield Wall + Quill Burst and blowing up the shield wall with Seismic Cry.

The first time I tried it, I immediately crashed to login screen and the instance was reset (Deshar in act 6).

So I tried it again and it didn't crash, but this time I hadn't yet been hit and so didn't have the Quill Burst buff up.

So I then got hit by an enemy to get Quill Burst, and then did Shield Wall + Quill Burst + Fortress, followed by Seismic Cry + Pin. This time I didn't crash.

I tried it once more and this time I did crash (perhaps a bit of randomness), but also the difference could be I did not target an enemy with Shield Wall in the attempt when I didn't crash, and I did target an enemy when placing Shield Wall when I did crash.

Just built a new PC a few weeks ago, so unlikely to be due to performance limitations causing the crash, but happy to share if needed.
