Sacred Flame Double Rabbit Talisman

I have a 2 socket Corrupted Sacred Flame with double rabbit talisman.

My total spirit count from gear/campaign is 320.

I can activate 300 spirit fine(showing 20 spirit left open). The moment I try to activate 320 spirit, my trinity deactivates(turns red) and my available spirit goes to 80.(20 short of what i actually need)

This is leading me to believe the that doube rabbit talisman is bugged on the sacred flame, causing the sacred flame to only give 100 spirit while it is displaying 120.

What persistant skills are you using? Including the supports you're using with them, and persistant skills granted by Ascendancies, like Demon Form.

The only issue I recall with Spirit in this way is adding Spirit reservation to Demon Form and Temporal Rift, which adds reservations to activing the skill in and to having the skill passive, so you can't use your full Spirit in those cases--but your issue doesn't sound like that.
