Co-op + console performance

Had volatile plant disappear on map but were still there and killed me.
Tried to do Trials of Chaos with 2 friend and the map owner died so we portal to ziggarut refugee. When I went to portal back I was stuck in trial load screen for 30+ minutes.
Lich totems can crashed the game losing map progress. Lost a stone citadel due to this issue on 5/22/25 around 2:30am.
