The account has been blocked and there has been no response for a week

Login to the game and official website prompted that the account was blocked, so I contacted customer service support. I also sent an email and provided the character name based on the email reply, but after waiting for a week, there was still no response. May I ask what the reason is

I have also invested a lot of time in this game, but I feel very uncomfortable if I have not replied for a long time. I request that you do something to speed up the processing of my request. GGGs support system was overwhelmed when POE2 launched, and are still massively backlogged on complicated issues that need to be handled by senior staff (vs things that entry level support can do via an admin webpage).

Ban appeals are backed up by weeks at a minimum from other forum complaints. I'm not sure how long a normal appeal takes - the only time I saw someone say they got a concrete response they apparently did something so blatant to get an immediate "No, you're never getting unbanned response."

The worst case is account ownership issues (ie lost logins, or were hacked). Some of those have been in limbo 4 or 5 months. I mention this because GGG locks any disputed accounts first, and that at least superficially looks like any other ban type.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

GGG cannot reply to the unblocking, but at least they should tell me the reason. When I started sending emails, they replied within a few minutes and asked me to provide my account information. After I provided it, GGG did not reply

Asking for your account info is the only part junior support staff can do. Once you did that your issue ended up at the end of a horrendous queue of people with the same issue.
