Failed to connect to the copy and unable to enter the map.

The copy connection fails to display, I can't get into the map no matter what, I get disconnected when I click the teleport gate, I can start a new map. I have tried re-logging in to change the settings many times, and I have also installed a solid state drive and memory, but the situation is still same. Please handle this issue or provide a way to get into the map
