Possible unban

Is it possible to get an account i have banned due to a steam refund and considered by GGG staff to be a chargeback, but the poe2 key still being active? I'm curious if by buying back the game but the steam not linked to the poe account could possibly result in a unban after emailing the support team with the necessary information.
