Stuck in Stone Citadel

My character is stuck in the stone citadel after defeating the boss. My portal wants to take me to the Mausoleum of the Praetor.. have turned in a ticket with a code. This just happened after the last patch done less than an hour ago. When I try to exit the citadel it says transfer to this instance is not allowed

This has been resolved in that you can ask someone to party with you and then use the spiral on their character to get out of the area. You can also ask for a trade and go that route. Very annoying to say the least but at least i'm not trapped anymore LOL
