I have a key for POE2 and it’s not working.

Howdy,

A key for Path of Exile 2 was given to me by a friend, and it’s not working. It’s for basic early access. I’m on PS5, I have to pay for the game if I want to download it, but I’ve made an account on here, went to the “redeem key” part of the menu on the POE2 site, and it sent me here to this website. I tried inputting the key with all letters lowercase and all letters uppercase if that makes any difference, but it always says that “This key is not applicable to your account.” Has anyone else had this issue? Am I doing something wrong? Or can I just not use the key?
