" Hi, you will get your answer there : https://www.poe2wiki.net/wiki/Trial_of_the_Sekhemas The wiki says : To gain access, the player must first defeat Balbala, the Traitor and obtain Balbala's Barya. Balbala, the Traitor is a unique monster located in Traitor's Passage. |

To my knowledge, you cannot remove the first two tokens (Sekhemas and Chaos) from your inventory unless you slot them at the appropriate totem inside the respective trial.
Have you tried visiting the trial and interacting with the totem stone to see if it's still in there? |

The op is talking about his QUEST barya, not the ones that drop. That item is impossible to lose, you can't destroy it or drop it, you can only use it. My guess is that his is still in the Trial starter, but it's possible he's just encountered a rare bug. But I would check the trial starter first, it's easy to leave things there and forget they're there.

My quest barya I could drop. I do not have it in the trials of sekhemas altar and cannot even acces that area. I've tried act 2 and 5 with the waypoint tp and the caravan map system. I have a probably 100 trials keys and cannot do anything with them... |

Go back to the Trial and talk to the NPC or check the stand where you put the coin in. When I first accessed my Trial I would never progress past the Test of Strength (1st floor) and my coin was still sitting in the coin stand.
