'+ to Lightning Spear Skills' Jewels only increase Lightning Spear

The Prism of Believe diamond only increases Lightning Spear but doesn't increase Storm Lance which is also a lightning spear skill.

Lightning Spear and Storm Lance are different skills. This is not a bug.
