Can't use the trade store

A couple of issues here. First the POE site doesn't show I even have a POE 2 Character to choose from. Next the when I try to trade it say you must be in the same league as the seller. I have chosen the Standard Dawn of the hunt next to the search bar, and it still has the same problem. I can only assume its because it won't give me the option to choose one of my POE 2 Dawn of the hunt characters. Doesn't even show that I have any to choose from. I am lost and in need of help.

My in game name is correct ItsGrumpyGramps#5862 and I signed in through steam. Same as I always have. I used the store religiously when early access started. I have been away from the game for a little while. I just started playing again about a week ago, and now that I am at endgame I want to trade items but I keep getting the same message. I am using the same account as I always did before. have all my goodies...skins and stash tabs and all but for some reason its not letting me use the trade store. I saw that a lot of people are having the same issue. I desperately need help.
