Hello there was a lag spike and I got kicked, and somehow my inland Spear got swapped with one in my inventory during simulacrum and it is gone, is there any possible way get it back if it wasn't something I suck hundred of hours and lots of money into I wouldn't be cincerned

check your second weapon slot

But as a rule they don't do any item restores.
