Cannot log into my character on Xbox at all

Hello, my main character on the new Dawn of the Hunt League logged out in chimeral wetlands and every time I try to log in, it gets stuck on the loading screen. I have been locked out on that character for 3-4 days now. I tried hard resetting my Xbox, deleting my save data, even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. It’s only one character(unfortunately it is the only character I play anymore, only one I want to play.) I tested a few characters and they log in fine. It is my level 70 Amazon named Allyameldir if that helps any. Maybe you guys can just transport her to camp or my hideout and that might fix it. This is very frustrating, I got locked out because I was gamesharing with my brother and he paid for it and then you guys changed it so each individual has to have their own key so I had to wait til I got paid and finally able to play again and now I’m locked out.
