Unplayable Latency in Singapore/Japan

It has been more than 2 weeks since this started with me getting up to 40k ms in game. It used to be just 90ms - 120ms sometimes even lower but then it started to spike from 200ms - 800ms and then boom 1kms++++++++++++
I've called my ISP for a diagnosis (local) to see if there was something wrong in their end but they said everything was fine. I tried playing other online games and I had no problems with my ping/latency. Someone please check https://pastebin.com/TLh9zRPD. Thanks! There are short hours that it is stable though but the time is not constant. Most of the time it gets really spikey now. //I tried connecting to other realms too and it was way worse. i have the same issue. i have 300mbps internet connection (streamtech ISp) in philippines. all other online game is good and no lag/latency issue. Only poe2 have always spiked in my ping. please help

I have the same issue in the EU, i have tried all servers and the issue comes and goes. GGG Seem to just ignore the issue, there are thousands of people with this issue.

They don't care, it's been like this for years. SG server at night is absolute dogwater for me.

Amsterdam and London are unplayable aswell seems the [Removed by Support] servers ran its course.
