Waystone drop chance in citadels

What is the point spending hours in jucing 4 towers with "% increased waystones dropped in maps" and "quantity of waystones dropped by map bosses" if RNG yeilds you SHIT?

I just did a citadel (4 towsers juiced) with 295% waystones found in area + 53% quantity of waystones droped by map bosses + a waysone with 105% chance 30% deli and only got !!!!!ONE!!!!!FUCKING FRAGMENT.

GGG PLZ STOP WASTING MY FUCKING TIME!

At this rate i will NEVER see Arbiter more than once, cause i am not wasting my time. Citadels are so scarce that i have only found 5 so far and have 2 chars over lev 93, so i´ve done a buttload of mapping.

There is no point in jucing citadels if the game only yeilds shit drops.

that's interesting because i've found that 250-300% total waystone drop chance pretty consistently gives me 2 fragment drops from the citadel bosses. i think i've only had one that was right around 250% that only dropped 1 fragment. i'm also running citadels with a waystone that has quantity and rarity on it, though, so maybe the rarity aspect also plays a part.

i've been using the green distilled emotion to get my drop chance on the waystone itself to at least 110% with at least 50% coming from towers and switching out my atlas tree to take every node that gives waystone drop chance before running a citadel. usually ends up somewhere between 250-300% chance in the map, occasionally getting over 300% if the tower buffs double from that atlas node.

So i've stacked 434% increased waystone drop in area and 53% increased waystone dropped by map boss and got only 2 fragments?!
It works as intended?
And please - make it more clear what we'll get and how many before we start a map at least for drops for the map boss or pinnacle, please! I mean before opening portal should be great to see that boss will drop 2 or 3 fragments or 2 restricted uniqs/relics so i can change waystone or precursor/relic.

P.s. it's total ******* as it is right now.
"Clean map" - you l have 1 fragment from boss.
Increased 400% + 50% from boss - not 6 (1*4*1.5), not 4 (1*4.5, nothing from 0.5 of a fragment) but 2!

Also i've cleared T3 Simulacrum at least 10 times i guess and got 0 Megalomaniac
Diamonds dropped.
