Cant play the game, Pausing and Unpausing like crazy, and your support system is... ATROCIOUS.

Ive paid more than deserved, and now cannot actually play the game WHATSOEVER. Game just pauses constantly as I play. I see the strings of others having the issue too, and my network is fine.
My ping is low, and stays low. I even went off the router and went direct but the issue remains, this only started since last patch.
Ive poured hundreds of hours into this nonsense, and watched horrible predatory economies and reached out with problems only to get punted from email to forum because ... reasons? Quite the support.

Game... literally...factually... unplayable.

Imagine a support system, that wants you to signup on a website, get back on the game to generate a random verification #, going back to the website to get a random generated support email, taking the time to EMAIL that support email, only to get an automated reply telling you to post in forums where your post will get buried in the wash of crash issues.

THIS is why I say its atrocious, if you work for GGG or for their support in anyway, take this to your uppers, this is nonsense, garbage punting and work arounds, for something thats actually unplayable.

Forgive me for being frustrated, but I legit want 100% of my money back. Did I mention the unplayability?
