Stone Citadel Map Failed without even entering map

I just used a 3 divine tablet Visions of Paradise with a 3 tower setup so I can do a citadel 3-4 times, my game crashed and it tells me the map has failed.

WHAT IS THIS?

THIS IS INFURIATING. I DESERVE A REFUND FOR THIS. I WORKED SO HARD FOR THIS AND I'M UNABLE TO RUN THE STONE CITADEL NOW.

I SPENT ALL DAY SETTING THIS UP. I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO ATTEMPT THE CITADEL????????

I got the same but without the tower setup.

After a mail to th esupport, they "are not able to restore items, progress, or characters to players under any circumstances for a variety of reasons".

I demand a refund for the tablet I used for this. I didn't even get to complete the map. I got an infinite loop, with the gears and couldn't do anything and got stuck and now the map is incomplete.

I worked so hard to use this 3 divine tablet?

I had a map with 3 attempts as well and it just says map fails? And now it just says map failed?

I didn't even get to attempt the map once, I didn't even get to enter the map.

I just got kicked from a normal map in a ritual, and now it says map attempted and failed.
