Profane Ritual bug - it doesn't get its damage increased from spell damage or gems

Basically what the title says. Profane ritual isn't affected by spell damage or gems that give it damage which doesn't seem like it should work that way. This makes the spell unusable as a main dps source. The only thing that affect its damage is Chaos damage increases and gem levels.
