EU servers - weird map bugs

Since this morning (CEST) I observed weird bugs during maps.

For example, I got a unique map that ended up as "failed" when I got back to the hideout to clear inventory -but it's "Vaults of Kamasa" so I managed to fail a map with litterally no threats ?-


Another example would be the one just next to it, "Sun Temple". For some reason, after defeating the boss and bringing back the loot to my hideout, portals just disappeared, the loot from my inventory too, and the map is stuck as "map attempted", neither completed nor failed, and definitely not accessible.


I don't feel like doing anything in game right now as I feel my loot is not safe, neither is my map progress, and overall I'm kind of thinking a rollback could happen

One of many issues needing to be addressed. One of the worst is the maps resetting when right in the middle of clearing it
