Main Account lock PS5

My account got locked on April 27 I play only on PS5 already contacted ggg support I've been patient about the process but the last reply I got was 10 days ago May 8 I don't know the status of my concern I explained about the situation that I played only on my ps5 but they keep on saying need to contact them using the "email address associated with the Path of Exile account" but i didn't register any email account and was contacting them on it on my PS email address.

I checked some information I think my brother linked his email on my account on the website and steam to play on pc because I don't let him use the PS5 so when I found out i uninstalled and refunded the game on steam and never thought about it since. (this was back on January) so idk if this is the reason why account got locked.

Unfortunately I can't confirm if it is the correct email as I don't have any access to my poe account anymore and I checked my brother's email I saw a message from path of exile "Confirm account connection" so I tried to message them using my brother's email with the conversation with ggg support on my own email with screen shots of buying supported pack and beta key on my email but until now not getting any response on both emails.

Tbh i just want to play man, want to enjoy the game been playing since 2020 i just want to keep all of my achievements since poe 1 and my stash tabs and with all the craziness happening just want to boot up the game and don't think of anything.
