Combining of accounts

Apparently I have two POE accounts and have made duplicate purchases several times with stash tabs on each account. Is it possible to have my accounts merged? I emailed support and they said that it was possible and gave them all of the information that was requested... but never heard back. I have attempted to reach out to email support i think 4 more times the last 4 months.
