I bought the early acess when it came out but i can't log in anymore

Hi,
I’m writing this out of frustration and confusion. I bought early access for Path of Exile 2 and was able to play for a few hours when it first launched. I really enjoyed the game, but due to being busy with other things, I didn’t have time to continue playing right away. Now, on May 17, 2025, I finally have some free time and tried to jump back in—but I can’t play anymore. I wasn’t aware that access would be revoked or time-limited, especially since I paid for early access expecting ongoing availability. Can someone clarify what’s going on? Was this supposed to be a limited-time demo or stress test instead of true early access? If that’s the case, it should’ve been made much clearer before purchase. I’m just hoping this gets resolved or at least acknowledged. It feels unfair to pay for access and then be locked out without warning. Thanks. Last bumped on May 21, 2025, 1:52:32 PM

" It's not "early access", it's a beta that they marketed as early access. It's limited time or a stress test Assuming you have not bought the key from a reseller you should still have access. FYI since this is a beta, the stuff you do here past testing the game is meaningless, they said that while you could still access the characters they would be on a separate server that will be on it's own, you won't be able to create new characters, i doubt it will have access to the trade api...all the wealth acquired will mean nothing .
