Herald of Blood doesn't work on oneshots.

Using Rake (100% chance to inflict bleed) doesn't proc Herald of Blood when one-shotting mobs. I have no clue if this is intended or not, but it seems counter-intuitive if it is intended. Bleed scales with big hits, but if the hit is big enough, it doesnt apply the afflicted Herald?

Thanks for your report, this is intended.
The explosion from Herald of Blood only occurs on enemies that have Blood Loss, Blood Loss accumulates from Physical damage over time which doesn't occur on enemies you have 1-shot. |
